The free plan is the complete product

Many group greeting card platforms offer a limited free card and charge for premium designs, larger groups, downloads, longer retention, or branding removal. Team Culture Cards does not use that model: the polished, premium-grade card experience is the free experience.

Among the providers included in our 1 August 2026 feature audit, Team Culture Cards is the only one with no paid tier at all. Kudoboard charges for deliverable boards, RecoCards charges for premium covers and downloads, GreetBook limits free messages and designs, and Greetopia charges for permanent keepsakes and downloads. Offers can change, so our source-linked comparison records the review date and public evidence.

Why it exists

Passing a physical card around stops working when a team is remote, hybrid, travelling, or spread across time zones. Team Culture Cards was built to make that small but meaningful ritual easy for everyone. The product supports birthdays, farewells, appreciation, promotions, work anniversaries, welcomes, and other personal and professional milestones.

Meet the founder

Sai Mocherla, PMP, SAFe is the founder of Team Culture Cards and a product leader based in Ireland. He has more than a decade of experience building enterprise payment products, AI and machine-learning platforms, API ecosystems, and user-focused software. His career includes product work with WorkFusion, Mastercard, IBM, Amazon, and Google.

Sai created Team Culture Cards around a simple product principle: thoughtful team rituals should be easy to organize and accessible without a paywall.
