By using Team Culture Cards, you agree to these terms.

Using the service

You may create, share, sign, schedule, and deliver collaborative cards. You are responsible for the content you submit and for sharing card links with appropriate people.

Acceptable content

Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or harmful content; malware; unsolicited bulk messaging; or attempts to bypass security controls. We may remove content or restrict access when necessary to protect users or the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and deliver it as part of the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and limits may change. Existing paid entitlements will be honoured according to the offer shown at purchase.

Payments

When paid features are enabled, prices and included features are shown before checkout. Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Applicable refund and cancellation terms will be displayed with the relevant purchase.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
