Team Culture Cards provides collaborative online greeting cards for teams. This policy explains the information we process to operate the service.

Information we process

We process account email addresses, card content, signer names and messages, uploaded media, recipient details, delivery schedules, support messages, and basic security and usage data. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by us.

How we use information

We use information to create and deliver cards, authenticate creators, notify participants, prevent abuse, provide support, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers including Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Stripe for payments when enabled, and privacy-conscious analytics providers.

Sharing and visibility

Anyone with a card’s sharing link may be able to view and sign that card until it is delivered or closed. Do not include sensitive information in a card. Private card pages are marked to discourage search indexing, but sharing links should still be treated as confidential.

Retention and your choices

We retain information while needed to provide the service and for reasonable security, backup, and legal purposes. Card creators can manage or delete their cards. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.
